Returns & Refund Policy for ZapZoo

Thank you for shopping at ZapZoo. We want you and your little ones to be happy with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may return most items purchased from www.zapzoo.in within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

βœ” The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
βœ” All original packaging, tags, manuals & accessories must be included
βœ” Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) must be provided

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@zapzoo.in with your order number and reason for return.


2. Exchanges

If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we can exchange it for the same product (subject to availability).

Steps for exchange:

  1. Email support@zapzoo.in with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We will review and send back instructions for the exchange.

  3. Once the original item is received, we dispatch the replacement.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

βœ” We will notify you of approval or rejection.
βœ” If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For other returns (change of mind), the customer is liable for return shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
❌ Products that show signs of use, damage, or misuse
❌ Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
❌ Clearance or final-sale items (if specified at checkout)


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

We will resolve the issue quickly β€” either with a replacement or a full refund.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after dispatch may be treated as a return once the item is shipped back to us.
